Every artwork available on maxrodesch.com is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece created with care and intention. Please review the information below before purchasing.
Returns & Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
All sales are final due to the unique nature of each piece.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at maxrodesch@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
A clear photo of the damage
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.
Shipping & International Orders
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide.
Please note the following for international customers:
Orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., to the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia) may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your local customs office. These are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Import Taxes & Duties:
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and may be collected upon delivery by your local customs office or shipping carrier.
Shipping to the United States:
Orders shipped to the U.S. with a total declared value of under $800 USD are typically duty-free and tax-free under current U.S. customs law (Section 321).
This applies to items for personal use, not for resale.
Orders over $800 USD may be subject to import duties and handling fees.
